"Good service, but too much upselling"
The staff was friendly and the main service itself was fine, so I don’t want to be too negative. But I did feel like they kept trying to push extra add-ons on me, even after I said I wasn’t interested. It made the experience feel a bit more stressful than it needed to be

"Parking was more trouble than it was worth"
I tried stopping by, but the parking lot was pretty much packed. I circled around for a while and eventually just gave up. Compared to other places where I can usually find a spot quickly, this felt like way too much hassle just to get in.

"Felt a little unsure about the eco side"
The car looked okay afterward, so no complaints there, but I couldn’t help feeling a bit uneasy about all the water and soap runoff. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I couldn’t really find clear info on what they do to cut down on waste or be more environmentally friendly. They might have stuff going on behind the scenes, I just didn’t see much that made me feel reassured.

"Not the easiest spot to get into"
The wash itself was fine, honestly. My car came out looking decent, so no real complaints there, but getting into the place was kind of a pain.
The entrance wasn’t super obvious, and with traffic I missed the turn more than once. Once you miss it, you basically have to loop all the way back around, which was REALLY annoying in the moment.
I’m sure it’s easier if you already know the area, but for me it just wasn’t very convenient. I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to use this location again.

"Coupon wouldn’t work and no one seemed to care"
I tried to use my coupon at checkout, but it kept getting rejected for no clear reason. I felt like I was the one being blamed for it not working, even though I was just trying to use the deal I was given. The staff didn’t really make much effort to help, so I ended up leaving frustrated and disappointed

I had a hard time using my online account. Since I couldn’t log in a lot of the time, it made simple things take way longer. Then when I tried to update my info, the steps were confusing, so I ended up getting frustrated quickly...

"Charged more than expected again"
I got charged more than the amount I saw at checkout, which was frustrating. I called to ask about it, and somehow it still wasn’t fixed. It’s not like it was a massive amount of money, but it’s the kind of thing that sticks with you. I was already having one of those days where even my coffee order came out wrong, so this just added to the annoyance. Mostly it makes me feel like I can’t fully trust the billing, and that’s not a great feeling.

"A bit overpriced for what I got"
I tried using driveandshine, and while everything was fine enough, I didn’t feel like the pricing matched the service. The costs were higher than I expected, and for what felt like a basic experience, it just didn’t seem worth it to me. Maybe it’s a good fit for other people, but I personally left feeling like I paid more than I should have.

"Had to chase them and the vacuums still weren’t great"
The vacuums weren’t really worth it. Most of the vacuum spots were full, and when I finally got to use one, the suction was weak. I also had to chase them up about my complaint, which just made the whole experience more frustrating.

My complaint still hasn’t been sorted out. I reached out for help, but i didn’t get much support and it felt like I was just being brushed off. Frustrating, and I’m not happy with how it’s been handled.

"The car wash itself was alright, nothing..."
The car wash itself was alright, nothing amazing but it got the job done. The waiting area though? Kind of a dump. The chairs felt ancient, there was barely any room to sit, and I ended up waiting way longer than I expected. By the end, I was just annoyed and ready to get out of that place.

I brought my car in and it ended up getting scratched, then they basically acted like it wasn’t their problem. The whole thing felt cold and impersonal, like there wasn’t a real person there who cared enough to take responsibility. I definitely won’t be going back.

"I’ve had the membership for a few months…"
I’ve had the membership for a few months now, and overall it’s been okay. The washes are usually fine and the staff has always been nice, which I appreciate. But i didn’t expect it to be kind of stressful sometimes. The lines can get long, and then when the vacuums aren’t working well, it turns a quick car wash into way more of a hassle than it should be. For the price, it’s not bad, I just wish it was more consistent.

"Website was more confusing than I expected"
I went on driveandshine.com just trying to look up services and prices, so I don’t feel like I was doing anything complicated. The site loaded fine, but the way everything was laid out had me clicking around a bunch and still not landing where I thought I would. Maybe I missed something, but it felt messier than it needed to be. I only wanted quick info, and it ended up being more frustrating than helpful.
